Fluency bar shelf is a kind of fluent shelf, which is composed of solid fluency bar and shelf.  In general, it can be stored above and sorted below to make full use of space and improve sorting rate.

Fluent rack structure:

Fluent rack has the structural characteristics of heavy rack in load bearing, and has the structural characteristics of fluent rack during use.  Roll aluminum alloy or metal plate fluent strips are placed between the front beam and the rear beam of each shelf and are placed at a certain inclination.  Goods are usually packed in paper or placed in plastic boxes. The goods flow with their own weight. First in, first out, the goods are transported by car.  Manual access, easy access, fluent strip shelf weight is usually about 1000KG, fluent strip shelf height is less than 2.5 meters.  It is suitable for process conversion on both sides of the assembly line, picking operations in distribution centers, etc., and can be equipped with electronic tags to realize information management of goods.

Fluent shelf features:

The fluent strip shelf is placed on the roller, one side of the channel is used for inventory, and the other side is used for picking up the channel.  The goods shelves incline downward toward the transportation direction, and the goods slide downward under the action of gravity.  It can realize first-in, first-out, one replenishment and multiple picking.  Fluent shelves are very efficient in storage.  It is suitable for short-term storage and sorting of a large number of commodities with a space utilization rate of 50%.


Fluent shelf composition:

Fluency strip shelf consists of rear gear, crossbeam, horizontal tie rod, inclined railing, upright post, auxiliary upright post and fluency strip.  Shelves can meet the requirements of first-in first-out goods, saving space and improving efficiency.
